By using the Mendje platform, you accept the following terms of service. Please read them carefully.
Use of service
Mendje provides a platform to connect users with licensed psychologists. Our service does not replace emergency medical care.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
Payments and refunds
Payment is made before the Session takes place. Users may request a refund for unused sessions. Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session date. Requests made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.
Nature of the platform and service
Mendje is not a clinic, medical practice, or healthcare institution. Mendje is a technology platform that connects clients with independent, licensed psychologists who conduct their professional activity from their own work environments (private or professional offices). Psychologists act as independent professionals and are not employees of Mendje. Through the platform we offer psychological counseling and emotional support — not therapy sessions, not medical treatment, and not clinical diagnoses. The professional relationship is established directly between the client and the psychologist. For medical emergencies or crises, please contact your local emergency services.
